After returning from a lovely family holiday on the Gold Coast, my weight crept up to the highest ever! I felt extremely uncomfortable, out of control and unhappy. My clothes were not fitting and I did not want to go out and buy new ones in a larger size!
I have always been really up and down with my eating patterns. I’d be good for a few days then I would eat uncontrollably for the next few days. I tried every silly quick fix diet out there. I was losing a few kilos but I’d put it all back on and some more! I had to get this under control once and for all!
That’s when I contacted Sue from Ideal Bodies Online and promptly received her detailed response. I then knew that I had found the solution and I was so excited to start.
The main things that motivated me were that it’s very important to me to be a good role model for my kids, especially with regards to a positive body image, a good relationship with food and living a health lifestyle. Being a group fitness instructor, it was also really important to me that I was a great role model for all the participants in my classes and I hope to inspire others to do the same.
The Ideal Bodies Online program was easy to follow and took the guess work out of what I should be eating and when, what exercises to do and when. Sue fit my training around my current group fitness classes that I teach and this was great because I didn’t want to stop my classes as I love being an instructor.
The support I received from Sue Heintze, Shelly Watson my Personal Success Mentor and Kristin Gleeson my Feedback coach was invaluable. They were always there for me whenever I needed advice, guidance and motivation. I can’t thank them enough!
Being a mother of two sons, aged 10 & 15, having a husband and two jobs, I am always extremely busy! So planning everything was imperative for my success.
Writing everything down was also essential for me as it made me accountable for everything. It also made me aware of some bad habits I had with snacking at certain times of the day like late at night and while I was cooking dinner for my family.
Once I identified the bad habits, with the help of Shelly & Kristin I was able to put strategies in place to break them.
My biggest obstacle was my eating habits - I had to get them under control. With the help of Sue, Kristin & Shelly, I learned what to eat and when. By eating 5 small meals a day I found I was fuller for longer and that helped me stop the snacking.
The plan comprised of lots of fresh vegetables, lean protein, fruit, oats, wholegrain bread and lots of water. I used supplements that I purchased from the Ideal Bodies Online Store. I used MRM Metameal, MRM Metabolic Whey protein powder, MRM Driven, Chromium, Fish oil and a Multi vitamin. They all were a great help to me and they enhanced my results.

I have lost 8 kg and I feel fantastic. I am determined to continue on this path and stay in control.
The program has taught me so much and has helped me in so many ways. I have more confidence and I feel great!
